Our Team
The team at Inside Media is committed to
delivering unrivaled service and support to each of our
clients. Our team approach starts at the top where senior
management collectively oversees every aspect of your
marketing campaign-from strategic planning processes and
media negotiations to the management of our unique
research and auditing initiatives to our comprehensive
Co-Op administration, creative trafficking, schedule
management and competitive tracking efforts. Our team is
here to help navigate your advertising success.
The Inside Media Management Team includes:
ROBERT RIGGSBEE
President
Rob
Riggsbee founded Inside Media in 1990 and serves as
the company’s President. He oversees the day-to-day
operations and is responsible for managing all
digital, wireless and new media initiatives for Inside
Media clients. Prior to starting a media management
agency, Rob had worked in radio sales, the publishing
business and in concert promotion and production.
Rob created Inside Media Publications in 2005, and
offers deep media insights and strategies to thousands
of subscribers on a daily basis. He is frequently
interviewed by the press and broadcast reporters in
regard to topical marketing related stories.
Rob’s hobby and passion is spending time with his
family. His 13 year old son Bobby is on the USA
Amateur Boxing Team and is a future (wannabe) Rock &
Roll Hall of Fame drummer. His 10 year old daughter
Katie is an accomplished gymnast and a star soccer
player. |

STEVE ALTHERR
Media Director
Steve
Altherr serves
as Inside Media’s Media Director. He oversees all
media planning and buying activities for every Inside
Media's client. Steve has 13 years of media planning
and buying experience covering a wide variety of
local, regional and national clients.
From producing
competitive media landscape programs to managing the
company’s media posting and auditing services, Steve
ensures the client’s needs are being met every step of
the media planning and buying process. “You have to
go above and beyond,” according to Steve, “otherwise
you’re standing still.”
Altherr is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, who
likes to spend his non-working hours with his wife
Beth. His hobbies include golfing (“badly”) and
carpentry (“okay enough to where I still have all my
fingers”). |

JARRETT HICKS
Research Director
Jarrett
Hicks serves as Inside Media’s Research Director and
oversees the company’s extensive library of research
data systems. He analyzes consumer purchase
intentions, simultaneous media usage, consumer to
media response assessment and tracks consumer
purchasing patterns and their media consumption habits
on behalf of Inside Media’s clients. He also creates
retail shopper predictability forecasts and analyzes
competitive client media schedules and their creative
elements.
Hicks is a graduate
of DePauw University in Indiana and has held similar
research positions at WCPO TV-9 and Cooper Research in
Cincinnati.
An avid pro sports fan, Hicks is also active in his
church and enjoys spending time with his wife and
infant daughter. |

LIZ
RICHARDS
Traffic and Co-Op Coordinator
Liz
Richards
serves as Inside Media’s Traffic and Co-Op
Coordinator. She coordinates all commercial traffic
activities for Inside Media’s advertising clients.
This includes the creative approval and production
coordination process, overseeing all of the company’s
electronic media spot distribution programs and
verifying that the correct ads are matched with
specific titles and rotations. Liz streamlines all
client affidavits and script systems while managing,
administrating and keeping current client Co-Op
guidelines, specifications and reimbursement approval
procedures.
Richards has an
extensive background in radio commercial production in
a number of major markets.
In her spare time, Richards enjoys spending time with
her husband and her three daughters, all of whom are
talented athletes. |

NOEL RIGGSBEE
Business Manager
Noel
Riggsbee
serves as Inside Media’s Business Manager. She
oversees all of the company’s accounting and business
functions including invoice management, accounts
receivables and payables, auditing, billing and
authorized budget allocation. Noel utilizes a
customized media tracking and rotation fulfillment
system that monitors advertising unit inventory and
advertising copy. This verification program documents
all mistakes and discrepancies in regards to media
contracts, schedules and invoices thus insuring our
clients that they will only pay for what they ordered
and only if it ran 100% correctly.
Riggsbee is a
graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and
previously worked in the media buying department of
BBDO Advertising in Chicago.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, and
spending time with friends and family. |

JULIE SCHNEIDER
Director of mediaplanner.com
Julie
Schneider
serves as the director of Inside Media’s proprietary
interactive client web planner and software systems,
and is responsible for oversee all data entry and
will keep current all media, marketing and
communication elements of each clients site. Julie
will schedule on-site training sessions with each
client and will always be on call to consult in
person, by phone or email. She also serves as the
editor of Inside Media Publishing’s daily
e-newsletter. Julie welcomes any questions, opinions
and reader feedback to any articles which appear in
any of our publications.
A native
Cincinnatian, Schneider is a graduate of Xavier
University, where she majored in marketing.
In her spare time, Julie’s interests include boating,
outdoor activities, fitness, family, and friends. |
